1. Processing Times

• Orders are typically processed within 3 business days after the order is placed.

• During high-volume periods (sales, holidays, new product launches), processing may take an additional 1–3 business days.

• Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

You will receive an email or SMS notification when your order has shipped.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location, order weight, and carrier rates.

Estimated delivery times:

• Standard Shipping: 2-4

• Expedited Shipping: 1-2

Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email or SMS containing your tracking number.

Tracking updates may take up to 24–48 hours to appear depending on the carrier.
